Activator Methods
Activator Methods low force adjustments are safe, gentle, and effective. A spring loaded rubber instrument quickly and gently impacts the joint restoring motion and alignment. The speed allows treatment in areas with high muscle spasm. There is no twisting, clicking, or popping of the joints. It can be used on both the spine or any other joint in the body.
Cox Flexion Distraction
Cox Flexion Distraction technique was developed in Fort Wayne Indiana. It is highly effective with disc herniations and spinal stenosis. It provides a deep stretch to the joints and muscles that is not possible with normal stretching. It can create a negative disc pressure to "suck in" a bulge.
Diversified Technique
Diversified Technique is traditional chiropractic manipulation of the spine using the hands. It is usually accompanied by a joint cavitation (cracking or popping noise).
Thompson Drop Technique
Thompson Drop Technique utilizes a spring tensioned table that absorbs the force of the adjustment. The table will drop about a half inch during the thrust providing a safe, effective, and comfortable adjustment.
